What products do you sell?
We offer a range of desktop accessories, including stands, mouse pads, organizers, and other workspace essentials designed for durability and functionality.
Where are you based?
Our office is located in Helsinki, Finland. If you need to make a return, your package will be sent to our Helsinki office.
Where do you ship from?
At present, we ship from Finland and China. If there is no special instructions, the goods will be shipped from China.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within mainland Finland (excluding Åland Islands). We're working on expanding our delivery regions in the near future.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days, and you can expect to receive your items in approximately 15 business days. We are continuously working to improve our delivery times.
Do I need to pay customs duties for my order?
No, you don’t have to worry about that. We handle the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) declaration on your behalf, so there are no additional duties or import fees for you.
How much is the shipping cost?
To compensate you for the wait, we will provide free shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we offer a 14 day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The return address is in Helsinki, so you don't have to worry.
